• Built and scaled the Prismatic Design System, an 80+ component Figma library and the design standard for 20+ products under PrismHR’s Unified User Experience initiative, including HCM, ATS, Payroll, Talent Management, Performance, Onboarding, Report Center, and Employee Management.
• Led design and front-end development for a major HCM product overhaul, delivering 400+ views in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript; contributed to a 2024 Stevie Award for Best New Product.
• Introduced an AI-assisted design-to-code workflow (Claude Design, Claude Code) that turns Figma designs into functional Angular prototypes, cutting design-to-front-end-to-engineering handoff time by more than 75%.
• Co-developed custom Claude agents and MCP servers with strict design system guardrails, enabling project managers to generate compliant mockups that communicate ideas clearly to design and engineering.
• Designed and built front-end workflows for an AI recruiting integration in the ATS that screens and scores candidates against requisition criteria, filtering out unqualified applicants and speeding time to hire.
• Designed an end-to-end onboarding platform through engineering handoff and implementation; created a future-state redesign with a streamlined workflow, new stepper, and restructured sections and steps.
• Designing and prototyping an employee/manager portal with customizable dashboards and widgets to increase engagement and self-service.
• Mentor global design and dev teams on system-wide standards, guiding the integration of acquired products into the Prismatic Design System to unify workflows and interfaces across the product ecosystem.
• Design and document Angular components in Storybook and a proprietary documentation site; validate UI in Chromatic for design fidelity.
• Implement design tokens to support white-label theming, dark mode, and color-blind-accessible themes, strictly adhering to WCAG 2.1 AA as a minimum.
